<p>backs still really sore but tablets are starting to kick in, struggling to turn over in bed and getting upstairs etc hopefully i wont have too long like this x</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay so it hasnt been a great day, ive had to go to hospital to have an injection in my side for the pain in my back, cant use my left leg at the minute but im sure that will go soon as the thing wears off, the pain is coming back slightly now anyway.  had nothing until i got back from the hospital and after a 2 hour wait, when i finally got called in i stood up and my leg went from underneath me, a wheel chair later and i was pulled onto a trolley where i was apparently given gas and air and an injection, i dont remember any of them though, never mind, i lost about 30 minutes of my day.</p>
<p>for tea had a sunday lunch and a cream doughnut afterwards, ive also had a little bit of chocolate and a yum yum never mind, been good all week and done lots of exercise. x hopefully it wont make a difference to weigh in x</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Okay, so i didnt do too well at the badminton course today, my back has completely cained and it took me five minutes to get up a flight of stairs, in absolute agony at the moment, think i will be going to A and E in the morning if im still like this.

<p>Food, lets see, i had turkey pasta salad for lunch 5.5 points and a bag of crisps afterwards 1.5 points.  for tea i had salad 0 points, chicken breast 4 points, and pasta 5 points, i had a pack of milky way stars as well (the mini ones) at 3 points, so in total ive had 19, still 4 points off my daily allowance.</p>
<p>Anyway am off, night all xx</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well had 2 points this morning on toast and 15 at tea time on a pub lunch that A&#8217;s parents took us out for as they got back from Saudi today.<br />
Because Im going on a course this weekend I&#8217;ve already made my lunches for the two days, turkey and pasta salad, with sweetcorn, orange pepper, and red sweet pepper, and mushrooms, mixed some garlic and paprika in with it, smells gorgeous! So, 17 points today and 5.5 for lunch tomorrow and sunday, hopefully tea and breakfasts will bulk the points up x<br />

<p>My points have been dropped to 23 a day now, i think ill still struggle to eat that amount although i dont think ill have struggled that much yesterday,</p>
<p>Lets see, banana 1.5 points. bag of crisps snack at lunch, 1.5 points KFC for tea - this is why i was saving points, 2 breast pieces, skin and breadcrumbs removed, 3 points each - 6 points, original drumstick, 3 points, regular chips, 4.5 points, sugar free drink so okay there.  Total up until tea 3 points, KFC total 13.5 points.  Snacks later on, 1 bag crisps 1.5 points, one raspberry licorice bar, 1 point.  Total points, 19 (even with eating kfc i was low <img src='http://nudul1.buddyslim.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am going to my weight watchers meeting again this week, have loads to do but I am going to make time to go.  I have printed off my food log to show my leader as I&#8217;ve been between 4 and 8.5 points under on my daily allowance all week, might not sound alot when you&#8217;re not sure how the points system works but my daily allowance is 25 so I&#8217;m missing at least a fifth of my daily intake every day.</p>
<p>Have a lot of ironing to do today and also some cleaning in the living room, will be changing the bed and doing the washing as well, so even though i dont really have time to do any exercise per se, i think the amount of cleaning i have to do will be more than enough x will update when i get back from weight watchers and work.</p>
