Week two day four

Been on a badminton course all day - 7.5 hours practical, 1 hour theory and half hour lunch… long day, backs killing, looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow.  Cant say i havent exercised this week!

Had 5.5 points for lunch on a turkey pasta salad that i made and 3 points on a sandwich for tea, 1 point for 6 jellybabies, not particularly hungry today.  Drank lots of water though :)

    just had a sandwich 3 points so in total 12.5 points today,

    im happy because im doing a badminton coaching course that ive been trying to get on for four years, they fill up really quickly. anyway ive just worked out that todays 7.5 hours practical has earned me 31 activity points and tomorrows 8 hours practical will earn me 33, im coaching 5 sessions on monday that will earn me points, coaching tuesday morning and swimming tuesday afternoon, playing badminton wednesday afternoon and swimming after weigh in, sport is finally becoming part of my daily routine and life again, im so glad, its been years since my living was sport and i enjoyed it, it has been a chore for a while but im finally getting back into it again :)

    Cheers huni, i wasnt expecting there to be as much practical work as there was but as there are only 6 of us on the course it means a rotation of 4 people playing and 2 people coaching with a break every 50 minutes, im not very physically fit since my operation and weight gain and have tweaked my back slightly but i finished all the practical yesterday and am determined to finish all of todays as well. im really pleased and proud of myself that ive been able to do as much as i did, i thought the warm up would have killed me its that long since ive played competitively but it didnt :) that to me is progression :)
