Week One Day Four
Well lets see, I had two slices of toast and a bowl of porridge (5 points), mince beef stew with potatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, peas, green beans, sweet red pepper and orange pepper in gravy (8), 4 slices of toast and a bag of crisps at bedtime (5.5 points) so in total i had 18.5 points which is no where near my target… did a lot of walking though (between offices at work doing some bugger elses job for them - glad thats over with now)
